Schmoll Maschinen recently hosted a comprehensive training program for employees from Schmoll America (SAM) and Schmoll Asia Pacific (SAP). The sessions covered a wide range of essential topics, including commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, CCD camera operations, machine applications, process logging, and analysis, as well as XRAY compensation techniques. The goal was to boost technical expertise and operational efficiency across both SAM and SAP teams.
Led by Schmoll’s expert trainers, the program provided participants with valuable insights into advanced machine operations and problem-solving. This in-depth training not only enhanced the technical skills of SAM and SAP but also strengthened collaboration across the global teams, ensuring seamless performance in all regions.
