Schmoll Maschinen offers young people the chance each year to lay the foundation for their professional future. We believe that the best business card of a company is a well-founded training department. Our training aims to meet our need for highly qualified employees. Apprentices who go their way with us choose a secure future, as it is our goal to retain our apprentices after their graduation.

Training Process
Currently, our apprentices spend the first year predominantly with our partner company, where basic manual training is conducted. Subsequently, you will go through the specialist departments with us, getting to know the people and machines in detail through your work and together deciding in which area you want to start after the apprenticeship. During your training period, you will be supervised by two training officers - these contacts are always at your side and take you on excursions, such as to our leading trade fair Productronica in Munich.
InternshipsWorking Students
We offer students and graduates the opportunity to gain practical insights in various business areas. Our offer includes task-oriented internships lasting 3-6 months. Our approach is the direct integration into ongoing or starting projects, allowing you to actively participate rather than just observe.
We offer students from various fields the opportunity to join our innovation-oriented high-tech company alongside their studies. Use your knowledge in practical application and gain experience in shaping working life. Working hours are set individually to ensure a good balance between your studies and practical work.We regularly offer exciting and current topics for practical-oriented thesis work. We are also happy to develop these topics with you or discuss your proposals. In the company, you work closely with our colleagues from the respective departments, gaining a deep insight into our innovation-oriented and familial working environment. This way, you can lay the foundation for a future career with us early on.
