Handling system for MDI-ST
Combination of single table machine with handling system to remain small and compact footprint. Automation possible with LHMT Robiflex or other external loader systems.
Full inline system for MDI-TTG
Highly productive Inline-System of MDI-TTG machine platform combined with Schmoll‘s own automation handling system. The handling system can be added to a tandem table machine to reach highest productivity and fully automate the system, that can either be operated as automated island (with Loader+unloader) or be fully integrated into an automated production line.
Automation: Flex R2R
Reel-to-Reel automation for Flex material. Machine model MDI-FLEX can be equipped with a dedicated Reel-to-Reel automation system, supporting different core sizes and sheet widths. Image-to-Image „Stitch“-function allows for long image patterning, exceeding the standard table length of the machine.
Traceability and serialization
Panel ID and Serialization option. Various panel data (serial number, batch number, datecode and more) can be imaged on every panel or specific panel section(s).
