Six young men began their training with us in the field of mechatronics in early September. They all have the goal of graduating as mechatronics engineers.
As usual, they will start their first year of training at our partner’s company, “Pittler”. By their 3rd year, they will transition to Schmoll in Rödermark.
Throughout their training, we strive to identfiy each individual's strengths. They will rotate through various specialist departments with supervision from our two training officers to ensure they graduate with a clear understanding what to do after the apprenticeship.
In addition to the first-year apprentices, one young men has started his 3rd year of training and is now operating in our company.
